Detailed Ultrasound

Detailed Ultrasound is also referred to as "Detailed Ultrasound" or "Second Level Ultrasound". An advanced ultrasound device with high image quality, Doppler, Color Doppler, 3D and 4D imaging capabilities is used. More time is allocated to examine all organs of the baby in the womb at the highest possible level of detail. This examination gives us information about risky pregnancies, congenital disabilities and diseases.

When to do a detailed ultrasound

Detailed ultrasound is performed as a complementary examination at 11-13 weeks, 18-22 weeks and 32 weeks of gestation.

What to Watch with a Detailed Ultrasound

  • Baby frowning, laughing, yawning, thumb sucking
  • Full monitoring of the baby's hand and foot development
  • Gender, cleft palate, cleft lip, missing fingers very early in pregnancy
  • Diseases of the brain and spinal cord
  • The development of multiple pregnancies can be monitored more clearly
